At TTA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that exchanging styles or securing a refund is as effortless as your wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or the original mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
